Elissa Hansen – Principal

Elissa is a Chartered Secretary with over 20 years’ experience. She has acted as the Company Secretary for a range of ASX and NSX listed companies together with unlisted companies.

She has extensive IPO experience, providing corporate secretarial and governance support for four such new lists in the last 12 months. Elissa offers best practice governance advice and ensures compliance with the Listing Rules, Corporations Act and other relevant legislation.

She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
